This just happens to be our family motto. Our crest also has an ugly boar on it which is why you won't see it proudly displayed in our home. But despite this, we are still proud to be able to say, "Kiss me, I'm Irish." So Happy St. Patty's Day everyone, and enjoy these pics from the homeland! (at least how it looked 2 years ago)

Happy St. Patricks Day to you guys too. And that baby countdown thing (picture at least) is kinda creepy. I'm all for the countdown though.
I know-it is creepy-but I'm interested in seeing if it ever becomes less creepy :)
You guys are too funny!! Happy St. Patricks Day too! 165 days seems like forever, but before you know it they will be here! Enjoy the two of you while you can!!:)
I don't know how it could become less creepy, but its your thing so I will just have to deal with creepy alien babies on your blog. Just as long as your babies aren't really creepy like that thing. (I'm sure they won't be).
Don't worry Royce, when it gets to 38 weeks, it starts talking, saying "Get me out of here! I'm stuck!" That's when it gets a little creepy.
How fun! Love the pics--they are beautiful!
Oh Dear Gosh. That is creepy.
See even your husband agrees with me! So you should just make it into a normal counter! And they don't get less creepy I looked at the link to their website. Still creepy at 1 day to birth, etc (I put in many different days away, as well as many different babies! You can put 10 freaking babies into that circle thing! In case you were wondering.)
I've had Ireland-envy for as long as I can remember and these pictures just make it worse. They're so beautiful!
Also, if it counts for anything, I kinda like the creepy baby countdown. Though, if you're looking for a countdown that's more funny and less creepy, check out the ticker on babygaga.com
love the post...and this conversation makes me laugh. I'm all for the countdown. I've seen that ticker on a hundred blogs (but never with two babies...it's a little extra funny looking with two). But I don't think it's creepy! At least not more than an ultra sound picture! That's the one we'll probably use too when we get a little closer.
Hope you guys have a great time with your fam!!
No Lori it's creepy. :-)
I am not really sure what ultra sound pictures look like, but I doubt they have little alien dudes flying around a circle. If it looked like the pictures in Amy's March 14th post I would find that less creepy.
You know they remind me of (and only Ryan and Heather are going to know this), but they remind me of those aliens in that stupid overhead video we saw on Fremont Street (or wherever that was). Maybe that's why I find them creepy.
this is making me laugh. you're making it more difficult for me to consider naming my child after you Royce :) I'm tempted to put one up with 10 just for fun. But I still want you to visit my blog, so I won't. and you haven't seen ultrasounds of the babies faces...those are creepy. But I love them. Happy day to everyone! I'll want to continue this debate when I get back in town :)
I know...maybe I'll make a creepy ultrasound picture my profile picture, and then you'll see it every time I make a comment, so maybe this ticker won't be so bad :)
That's right you are going to St. Louis for Easter huh? I am jealous!
This conversation it making me laugh. I will have to slightly agree with Royce though, they do seem a little creepy. I see them on so many blogs but you have to admit they do look a little alienish. Amy's right though they can sometimes look better than ultrasound pictures.
When do you find out what you are actually having? Can't wait to hear.
Irish pictures are great, yada, yada...but to join the creepy conversation, I think they look like an adorable, slowing moving Pong game. Now if they would show me their genders they would be useful, too...
Can't believe I had to hear it from another blog ;)
Just found out for myself what you are having! Congrats! Now you can name one as per our agreement, but you still owe me money! And the baby alien thingys are still creepy! :-)
