Back to the Beginning
Saturday we spent the afternoon at Summerlin Hospital's annual NICU reunion. Not very interesting for the average reader, but for us it was great to see the friends, doctors, and nurses that were our family for 11 weeks and 1 day. It was the first time that we were truly happy to be in that building. And Ryan is happy to report that Adam is the chubbiest of his other preemie friends :)

Progress is always fun to realize. Things happen so slowly at times that you don't notice the progress. At least you got a chance.

That is cool. How often do they have reunions? Do people keep going to them even as their preemies get older? Or when do they stop? The hospital my brother Nathan was born at had annual reunions/celebrations that we always went to until we moved away from CA.
That's fun and it was good to see you this weekend. Remember how you met us in St. George? Meet us more often in the middle I say. :-)
Glad to see that it was a reunion and not a visit for the kids to the hospital. Also love that Adam is the chubbiest. We LOVE chubby babies!
