We love all things Irish in this family. So even though we got home from a trip late the night before, we still managed to pull off a little green fun. Lucky Charms and green milk for breakfast, green clothes and corned beef for dinner. No cabbage, but the squash was good enough. I was soo happy that all kids ate it up! We kept it simple, but I was happy to have a little fun amid normal life around here :)
